Contact & Needs Assessment
Tell us what type of vehicle you’re looking for (make, model, engine size, year, budget). We guide you based on your needs and available budget.2
Auction Access & Vehicle Selection
You receive proposals with available vehicles from Japan’s largest car auctions, complete with full auction sheets, history, and photos.3
Deposit Payment
Before participating in any auction, a deposit equal to 20% of the estimated vehicle value is required. This amount secures the seriousness of your offer and activates the search and representation in the auction.At the same time, a cooperation agreement is signed, clearly outlining our obligations and services, ensuring transparency and reliability in the process.
If the vehicle is not purchased through the auction, the deposit remains safely in our account until you provide new instructions for participation in a future auction. Alternatively, upon your request, the amount is returned without any charge.

Bidding & Purchase
Once you select the vehicle you’re interested in, we place bids on your behalf based on the maximum price you set. If we win the auction, the shipping process begins.5
Invoice & Payment
After winning the vehicle at auction, we send you a detailed invoice with all expenses up to customs clearance in Cyprus.Payment is made as follows:
- The initial 20% deposit is deducted from the final amount.
- Within 48 hours, you pay the remaining amount to reach 70% of the total (e.g., if the final value is €10,000, we deduct the €2,000 deposit and you pay €5,000).
The final 30% (in the above example, €3,000) is paid when the vehicle arrives in Cyprus, before delivery.

Shipping to Cyprus
The vehicle is loaded onto a ship and sent to Cyprus with full marine insurance.We keep you updated on its progress until it arrives on the island.

Customs Clearance
We fully handle the customs clearance process through experienced and trusted partners, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance with all requirements without any action needed from your side.8
Final Preparation & Delivery
After customs clearance, we take all necessary steps to deliver your vehicle in excellent condition:- Complete technical inspection and basic servicing
